However, even though I do a lot of exercise to keep myself trim, I always dreaded wearing my bikini as I felt the top half of my body was out of proportion with my bottom half. When I visited the Transform clinic in Liverpool to look into a breast enlargement, my Patient Co-ordinator was really helpful and friendly, which immediately made me feel comfortable. She explained everything about the procedure in an honest fashion and advised me not to go to a ridiculously large size. When I spoke to my Surgeon he said exactly the same - he wouldn't advise me to go too large - and I'm so glad now that I didn't. I didn't feel too nervous on my way to the hospital and when I arrived my nerves quickly disappeared as the lovely nurse looking after me was really chatty and took my mind off things. When I woke up I felt a little groggy (which I was told to expect), but I also felt quite excited. I found the recovery process a lot quicker than expected and a few hours after my operation, I was itching to get out! Now, I feel a lot more confident about myself generally and my friends have noticed how I hold myself better. It's nice to be able to put on dresses and clothes which have never suited me before and feel great in them. I also love the fact my breasts aren't too 'obvious'. I know some friends and family have noticed they look bigger but the results look so natural, it's not a case of people I've never met just assuming my breasts are fake. Having the procedure has also made a huge difference to my job. I feel a lot more confident in my uniform and interacting with the customers." |
