As the UK's biggest provider of cosmetic surgery, there was only company for Channel 4 to talk to when commissioning an insight into the subject. We opened our doors for three months of extensive filming, granting Channel 4 access to every trim, tighten, nip and tuck carried out across our network of 24 clinics and two specialist, private hospitals.

The result is Bums, Boobs and Botox - a quirky and engaging documentary, it reveals what makes us tick - and the journey our patients go through whether they're having Botox, a breast enlargement or liposuction.
