Clinic Manager  -  Finchley Clinic
Experienced manager required. Must have proven sales and people management experience with the ability to meet key ‘deliverables’.  Postholder will also hold ‘Registered Manager’ status with the Healthcare Commission.  Cosmetic industry experience preferred. 

HEAD OFFICE POSITIONS – ABBEY PINES, GATLEY, SOUTH MANCHESTER

Call Centre Advisors                          
Experienced Customer Service/Call Centre advisors required Full time but may consider part time.  Must be able to work on a rota basis which will include late evening and weekend working

PATIENT CO-ORDINATOR ROLES (SURGICAL)

We're always keen to hear from patient care co-ordinators based in all areas of the country who have worked in a similar capacity previously within our industry.  For those with no direct industry experience we will consider individuals with a passion for cosmetic surgical and/or non surgical procedures.  ‘Self starters’- previous direct sales experience is essential as is the ability to be organised and responsible for your own workload. Genuine interpersonal skills, high levels of professionalism and strong presentational skills both on an individual and group basis required. IT competency essential.    Flexibility in hours also essential to cover weekend and late evening clinics

NON SURGICAL ROLES  

PATIENT CO-ORDINATORS (NON SURGICAL)

Patient Co-ordinator  -  Bristol Clinic    -  full time

Applicants for non-surgical patient co-ordinator roles should be able to demonstrate proven experience and a genuine interest in non surgical procedures. Previous sales experience is essential as is the ability to be organised and responsible for your own workload.  Strong interpersonal skills, high levels of professionalism and strong presentational skills both on an individual and group basis required. IT competency essential.    Flexibility in hours also essential to cover weekend and late evening clinics

NON SURGICAL PRACTITIONERS

With a huge increase in demand for our non surgical services we’re seeking experienced non surgical nurses and medical practitioners to undertake our growing range of services either on a full time or part time basis.

Experienced Non surgical nurse practitioners with a minimum six months commercial experience required for the following areas           
                       
Milton Keynes Area   2 days every other  week
Bristol Clinic Up to 4 days per week
Finchley Clinic  2 days per week

 
PART TIME BEAUTY THERAPISTS / AESTHETICIANS

Cavendish Street Clinic   Full time – 5 days
Edinburgh Clinic  1 day per week

Due to the successful growth of our non surgical products and services, we're interested in hearing from qualified individuals with a minimum of one years' experience in the industry and who have achieved NVQ Level 3 in Beauty therapy or equivalent

Applicants for Clinic nurses should be First Level Registered Nurses with a minimum two years post registration experience.  Clinic Nurse duties include pre and post operative assessment, suture removal, wound care advice. Liaison with surgeons and hospitals.  Postholder should be capable of working independently and upon their own initiative and should be flexible enough to work some late evening and/or weekend clinics.

‘Bank’ Clinic Registered  Nurses required for all areas in which we operate.

All successful applicants for clinical and most hospital posts will be required to apply for and produce a CRB Certificate of Disclosure at Enhanced Level.

SURGEONS

We invite accredited surgeons to speak with us, in confidence, regarding cosmetic surgery opportunities nationwide.   We’re particularly interested to hear from surgeons who can offer bariatric services for our weight management patients.  Applicants are required to hold specialist register status with the GMC.
