4. Where will my procedure take place?

Your chin implant will be carried out in one of our regulated cosmetic surgery hospitals which are centres of clinical excellence and regulated by the Care Quality Commission.

Most cosmetic surgery providers do not own their own hospitals but with Transform you are in our care every step of the way.

5. Will I have to stay in hospital?

You may only need a local anaesthetic. This means you will be awake but the area is numbed. In this case, you will be able to return home the same day.

Ultimately, the Anaesthetist and your Surgeon will decide if you need a local or general anaesthetic.

9. Will I receive aftercare?

You will be cared for before and after cosmetic surgery. Aftercare is included in the cost of your procedure. You’ll have a post-operative appointment with a clinic nurse and a review with your chin implant Surgeon. They will discuss your chin implant aftercare, ensure everything is healing well and make sure you’re happy with the results.

If you have any questions or concerns after your procedure, you can also talk to our resident medical officer at any time on the 24/7 Transform Patient Helpline.
