What is the process if I decide to go ahead?
The first thing to do is to book an appointment with your
nearest Transform clinic to see one of our friendly Clinic
Coordinators. At this appointment you will be under no obligation
to go ahead. This is a great opportunity to discuss what it is
you’d like to have done. The coordinator can also discuss the
various options to achieve your transformation and also answer any
other questions or concerns you may have.
If you decide to go ahead you will then see one of our expert
cosmetic surgeons. Sometimes this can be done on the same day, if
you are pushed for time. This will also be free of charge - It is
worth pointing out that Transform is one of the few companies that
actually offer a consultation with an actual surgeon at no cost to
you.
Once you have met the surgeon, and should you decide to go
ahead, you will be booked in for your surgical treatment as soon as
is convenient for you. On arrival at one of our hospitals you will
be met by our friendly clinical staff and checked into your room.
Your surgeon will welcome you and discuss your surgery before
getting you ready for your surgical procedure.
Where will my operation take place?
Transform has two hospitals in the UK which are both fully
approved by the Healthcare Commission. Both hospitals have
state-of-the-art operating theatres along with very high standard
of hospital hotel facilities. Every patient has their own private,
air conditioned room with telephone and TV. Each hospital provides
an excellent standard of catering with food being provided to your
specific requirements by our qualified chefs.
It is worth noting that Transform’s hospitals have all recently
been assessed by the Department of Health and approved. Abbey Pines
(our South Manchester hospital) was one of only 15 private
hospitals in the UK to be commended for its high
standards.
How will I get home after my operation?
Transform can arrange transport for your appointment at the
hospital with a local taxi company to ensure that your visit , pre
and post operation, is taken care of. This cost is not
included in the prices quoted for your procedure and will have to
be agreed with your Transform clinic co-ordinator.
How soon can I book my operation?
Generally speaking we can accommodate your booking as soon as
you are ready to book the procedure. Depending upon what treatment
you require may require a short wait of around a week or two while
we ensure that the best surgeon for your particular requirements is
available.
What kind of results can I expect from my surgery?
Many cosmetic surgical results depend upon the finesse and
artistry of the surgeon performing the procedure. Transform has
some of the world’s most experienced cosmetic surgeons who have
performed thousands of operations with impressive results. Because
Transform surgeons have such a wealth of expertise in all areas of
cosmetic surgery we can assure you of some the best results
possible and help you achieve the transformation you
desire.
Do you provide aftercare services once my surgery is
completed?
One of the things that sets Transform apart from many other
providers of cosmetic surgery is the quality of the aftercare we
provide. Unlike many other cosmetic surgery providers our
comprehensive and extensive post-operative care programme is
included in the cost of your treatment, so there are no unpleasant
financial surprises after your operation – something to consider
when choosing your provider and assessing possible costs of
treatment.
The programme serves to ensure that your recovery is as swift
and problem free as possible. It also ensures that any follow up
care you require will be readily available.
In particular the 5 year aftercare policy for breast
augmentation gives you the reassurance that you will receive the
very best care both before, during and after your operation with
Transform.
Post-operative consultations and follow-up appointments with
other cosmetic surgery providers can run to hundreds if not
thousands of pounds if the price of your procedure does not include
good quality aftercare.
Will I be left with scarring from my operation?
Scarring is an inevitable part of any surgical procedure.
However, if the expertise and finesse of the surgeon performing a
procedure is of a high standard the scar may be virtually
undetectable. Where ever possible Transform surgeons will try to
make incisions in areas that will be as minimal as is possible.
However, the severity of the scarring does vary from person to
person. For more information about the expertise of our surgeons

How long will my recovery take after surgery?
Every surgical procedure has different levels of recovery period
recommended depending upon the level of invasiveness that the
particular procedure dictates.
Some operations are very straight forward and patients can go
home literally hours later. However, others will require a short
stay in hospital afterwards. For more detailed information on the
recovery period required for each procedure please click here and
find the cosmetic surgery that is relevant to your search.
Will I have to take time off work to have my surgery?
The length of time you need to take off work after cosmetic
surgery depends on many different factors such as the type of
surgery you have had, the nature of your job as well as your own
personal feelings or situation.
