Recommend Transform to your friends and family and if they become a customer, we’ll reward you both with £50 of Transform vouchers each to say thank-you. We have a 98% customer satisfaction rate which is why one third of our customers are happy to recommend us to their friends and family.

How to qualify

You must have had surgery or a non-surgical treatment with us to take part in this promotion. In addition, anyone you refer must not have already been treated by us. Click here to view terms and conditions.

What are the rewards?

If the friend or family member you recommend goes on to have a surgical procedure with Transform, (Breast enlargement, liposuction, nose correction etc) you will each receive non-surgical vouchers to the value of £50.

If your friend has a non-surgical treatment with Transform, (Botox, dermal fillers, face peels etc), you will each receive non-surgical vouchers to the value of £25.

How to apply?

Follow these steps to begin your application:

	Tell us about you and your friend on our online form. Make sure your friend has not already had a treatment with us.
	Once you've submitted your application, we'll send you an email with your application ID number –  keep this safe as you'll need it to log back in and complete your application once your friend has undergone their surgery / treatment, or if you want to check on your application progress.
	Once we've received your application, we will check your details and notify you via email to let you know if your application has been successful. Please note, if your application is rejected, due to data protection regulations we will not be able to tell you the reasons why.
	If you are able to continue with the application process, now is the time to remind your friend about Transform.
	Once your friend has had their surgery or non-surgical treatment, you will need to return to the site, log in and fill in the remainder of the form.
	Once we've checked the details, we will post your vouchers to you and your friend.

You can check the progress of your application at any time by returning to the site and logging in with your application ID number provided.
