Call Centre AdvisorsJob type: Full time Full time call centre advisor required to join busy team making outbound and taking inbound calls. A confidence in making high volume outbound calls to "warm" leads is essential. Although very much a service to sales ethos, advisors will be targeted to deliver key deliverables and should therefore be comfortable working in a target based environment.

Mystery ShoppersIn order to maintain our high levels of customer care, we seek enquiries from any individuals who wish to undertake an ad hoc clinic visit and subsequently complete an assessment questionnaire to assess our customer service standards.
