Details of the terms and conditions for the offers available at our various clinic open evenings are as follows;

Open Event Offer - 15% off all non-surgical treatments

1. 15% discount is valid for any treatments booked and paid for during the clinic open event only.

2. Individual treatments to be taken within 1 month. Treatment courses to be completed within 1 year.

3. Treatments dependant on a prior consultation with a non-surgical doctor or practitioner.

3. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.

4. No cash alternative is available.

5. Offer available while stocks last and subject to practitioner availability.

6. Transform reserve the right to withdraw this treatment at any time.

7. Offer does not include any dental treatments
