Payment Methods

Payment is online through Paypal´s secure payment system.

Delivery Charges

P&P is £4.50 if your order contains any of the skin cream or hair loss products, and £1.50 if you order gift vouchers only. All orders will be sent by recorded delivery and will need to be signed for.

Availability

We aim to send out your order within 3 working days, and will email you when your order has been dispatched. If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of placing your order, please click here to email us. If any of your order is out of stock, we will email you to let you know when your order is likely to be dispatched.

Cancelling an Order
