What are the benefits of a HydraFacial?
You’ll see instant results and go home with very clean, hydrated skin. This is a versatile, anti-aging and brightening treatment which can be used to address issues like acne and pigmentation.
What is the difference between a HydraFacial treatment or Microdermabrasion
HydraFacial and Microdermabrasion are both skin resurfacing treatments that remove dead skin cells and impurities from your skin. Microdermabrasion is quite abrasive on the skin using a rough tip to resurface the skin, it can cause a rough pulling effect on the skin which can cause redness or inflammation post-treatment. HydraFacial, however, is very gentle on the skin and uses vortex technology which uses a liquid to lift off dead skin cells, dirt, and oil from your skin. HydraFacial is often referred to as a total rejuvenation treatment as it combines various procedures in one session, including cleansing, exfoliation, serum infusion, lympathic massage and LED light therapy to create an overall effective yet gentle effect on your skin, whereas Microdermabrasion is just one procedure.

We’re ready when you are

Your treatment consultation

At your free consultation, you can chat to your professional practitioner or nurse with absolutely no obligation to go ahead. You can discuss why you’re considering having a HydraFacial, the likely costs and the results you’d like to see after treatment. You can understand whether you’re a suitable candidate for the treatment, as well as chatting through the benefits and risks.

We’ll guide you through your HydraFacial treatment options and create a personalised plan to help ensure you achieve optimal results. Your treatment plan will depend on the skin issues that you wish to address, and we’ll tell you what we can realistically achieve together. If you feel ready to go ahead, we can book your treatment in for a suitable date and time.

The treatment

HydraFacial treatments are performed in six steps: detox, cleansing, brightening, extraction, hydration, and rejuvenation. The HydraFacial Skin Health for Life treatment uses antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid to boost hydration and protect skin from environmental damage. The DermaBuilder serum is used to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, while the Britenol Vortex-Booster is clinically proven to minimise the appearance of brown spots. A GylSal peel procedure can be also be used as part of the HydraFacial Acne and Acne Scarring treatment, which can be discussed with your professional practitioner.

Recovery

You’ll be able to leave the clinic as soon as your HydraFacial has been completed. If you’ve had one of our advanced HydraFacial treatments that include a peel, you may experience some flaking of the skin a few days afterwards, but this is a completely normal part of the process. Your practitioner can talk you through a product regime which will help to maintain and enhance your treatment.

Aftercare

High quality aftercare is at the heart of what we do, so we’re here to support you. During your consultation, our fully qualified practitioners will assess your skin concerns and provide you with aftercare advice and recommendations for ongoing treatments or skincare products that will help to prolong the results. If you have any questions or concerns at all, you can contact our 24/7 helpline.
