The question everyone is asking after female celebrities including Scout Willis, Cara Delevingne and Miley Cyrus, inspired hundreds of women to fight against inequality and "Free the Nipple" - bringing the discussion of women's rights into the spotlight.
Using various social networking sites the women have posted topless photos of them selves in support of the "Free the Nipple" campaign. The high profile campaign has 117,000 supporters on Twitter, provoking conversations about gender equality and body positivity.
Developing from an independent film about a small group of girls that set out to change the 'backwards' censorship laws, the campaign has been gaining momentum over the last few weeks in the media.
Discussing the campaign, body image campaigner Natasha Devon, commented: "To me, Free The Nipple is a fantastic political cause and a statement that we're proud of our bodies, as long as it sticks to that and doesn't become a shocking fashion statement."
