We know there are plenty of people out there who would like to alter the shape of their nose without undergoing full cosmetic surgery. If this sounds like you then non-surgical rhinoplasty – also known as ‘nose fillers’ or a ‘liquid nose job’ – might be the solution.
Using dermal filler, our Medical Aesthetic practitioners are able to subtly yet effectively change the appearance of the nose. One of the common complaints that fillers in the nose can address is a ‘hooked nose’. By injecting filler above and the below the bump, the practitioner is able to make it look much straighter.
Similarly, nose filler can be used to change the shape of the tip, making it look more defined or lifted based on the customer’s goals. Filler is injected into the end of the nose, and the practitioner can manoeuvre it into the desired shape.
The non-surgical method may be more preferable than a surgical nose job for several reasons. Firstly, it requires much less recovery time, with people usually able to return to work immediately after their treatment. While we recommend being careful with your nose in the weeks following the filler, you can generally resume most normal activities soon after. Swelling and bruising is minimal with nose filler, and many of our patients find it a relatively pain-free treatment.
The results of non-surgical rhinoplasty are also temporary, which appeals to people who aren’t sure if they want to commit to full surgery. Finally, dermal fillers are a more affordable option for customers wanting to change the shape of their nose without spending the higher amounts of money needed for cosmetic surgery.
Prices for non-surgical rhinoplasty will vary depending on a number of factors, the main one being how much filler is used during the treatment. For example, a customer interested in enhancing the tip of their nose will likely require less filler than someone who wants to reduce the appearance of a larger bump – and so these costs will differ.
At Transform, we offer free consultations for all of our treatments. During this, you will be given full information on non-surgical nose job costs and payment options.
Because it is a non-surgical treatment, the results of nose fillers are not permanent. How long results last will depend on a number of factors, including the type of filler used, as well as the metabolism and lifestyle of each patient (for example, if you are a gym-goer then your results may not last as long as someone with a less active lifestyle). As with other dermal filler treatments, non-surgical nose job results can be expected to last somewhere between 6-18 months.
Once the filler has began to naturally leave the body, patients can have top-up treatments to maintain their results.
For example if you are a gym goer, your results might not last as long as someone with a less active lifestyle…
An increasing amount of beauty salons and pop-up clinics are beginning to offer non-surgical treatments to patients; however, we always recommend visiting an established medical aesthetics company.
