Why use lip fillers?
Ageing naturally causes your lips to become thinner and lose definition. Where you’re likely to notice it most is around ‘Cupid’s Bow’ – the V-shaped area of your upper lip. You may have used make-up to disguise things, but it can bleed down the vertical wrinkles and actually highlight the problem.
Lip enhancement at a glance
Lip fillers can be used to give you youthful looking, plump lips, especially effective for women with naturally thin or thinning lips.
- A more defined smile
- Can help turn the corners of the mouth upwards
- Give lips a more youthful looking appearance
- Thinning lips appear more fuller
How much does Lip enhancement cost?
Lip enhancement treatment costs vary and depend upon each patient’s individual requirements. As a guide, 0.5ml syringes start at £180 and full syringes start at £290. After a free consultation we will be able to provide you with an accurate cost. For a brilliant smile makeover you could also combine lip enhancement with teeth whitening.
How does it work?
The lip filler used is specifically designed to restore natural fullness and create beautifully shaped lips.
What does it involve?
Lips are sensitive, therefore a local anaesthetic is first applied to the lips to ensure the area is numb. Lip fillers are then very carefully injected into the area required to give you more natural fuller lips.
How long will it take?
The whole lip enhancement procedure should take as little as 30 minutes. To discuss how you can achieve fuller lips with more definition, book an appointment and one of our qualified practitioners, doctors or nurses will create a personalised treatment plan to help you achieve the look you are after.
After your treatment and recovery
After you treatment, you may experience some bruising, swelling and tenderness which can last between 6-10 days. You will then be left with naturally more volumous lips.
