Mr Alfie has a wealth of experience in cosmetic surgery, which he has gained during his career in hospitals in the UK, Qatar and Egypt. He has held positions including Plastic and Hand Surgery Consultant at University Hospitals Coventry & Warwickshire, one of the largest Trusts in the UK, and Breast Reconstruction Fellow at Whiston Hospital in Liverpool.

In order to ensure his skills and knowledge continue to be kept up to date, Mr Alfie attends educational courses in the UK and abroad. He has attended a number of conferences and meetings which have helped to further increase his expertise in his specialist field as part of his commitment to continued professional development. In addition, Mr Alfie has made many presentations at national and international conferences himself.

He has also written and contributed to specialist publications relating to his area of expertise.
