Kanellos Gesakis

He holds a Master of Science degree in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, having gained this qualification at Queen Mary University of London. He trained in the UK for 6 years and gained further experience in his field through fellowships in Taiwan, Greece and Brazil.

Mr. Gesakis performs a wide spectrum of cosmetic surgery procedures for Transform Hospital Group including breast, body and facial surgery.

Committed to continuing his professional development, Mr Gesakis has attended many courses during his career, including masterclasses in Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Breast Surgery, Microsurgery.

He has also attended many international conferences relating to cosmetic surgery and has written and contributed to a number of clinical and peer-reviewed papers.

All our surgeons work with us under practising privileges agreements and are registered with the General Medical Council (GMC), holding a Licence to Practice. Our surgeons have an annual appraisal and continue to develop professionally during their careers. Once every 5 years, all doctors go through a GMC revalidation process. They are granted Practising Privileges via our Clinical Governance and Compliance Committee, and they carry their own professional indemnity insurance.
