I’m Abbey and I had a breast augmentation with Transform.
I wanted to look into having a breast enlargement and I looked around online, did some research, and ultimately decided to use Transform because everyone was so lovely when I spoke to them. My decision was solidified when I met my surgeon as he was really great and we got on well. And the clinic was also local to me, which was fantastic.
When I arrived for the operation, I was seen straight away. I got dressed for theatre and went straight down to surgery – it was all so smooth and felt really professional. Everything was really pretty, fresh and clean. The whole team introduced themselves, and the surgeon even walked me down to the theatre himself. I felt completely looked after the whole time.
I had my surgery, and when I woke up, the surgeon was there to see me again, checking that I was okay after the procedure. Everyone was just so kind and lovely.
The aftercare was spot on. My patient coordinator checked up on me every single week, and she sent me all the photos so that I could see the progress that had been made, as well as giving me any information that I wanted. I actually still talk to her to this day because we got on so well!”
