The UK’s national transgender charity, Sparkle’s mission is to promote a positive public image of the trans community. It aims to build confidence and resilience, develop understanding and cohesion in society, and challenge stigma. 

Transform supports Sparkle via attendance at and sponsorship of virtual and in-person events held by the charity.  

We believe that support of the LGBTQ+ community should take place all year round, rather than just during Pride season.  

As a Pride 365-certified organisation, Transform has publicly pledged to help bring an end to pinkwashing and improve inclusivity in society and the workplace. As such, we have committed to make incremental improvements in our performance in this area year on year.
