Introducing MACOM post-surgical compression bras

Introducing MACOM post-surgical compression bras

Here at Transform, we are delighted to announce our new partnership with MACOM, who we think provide the best post-surgical bras on the market.

After having a boob job, your surgeon will advise you to keep your post-surgical bra on for at least six weeks, as your new additions will need to be fully supported during the recovery period whilst your body is healing.

Why is wearing a post-surgical bra so important?

Post-surgical bras are specially designed to protect the breasts as the body heals and adjusts to their new weight and feel. You can feel comfortably protected and secure due to the seamless design, while ensuring the breasts are given the necessary compression and support needed for a fast post-surgery recovery.

Compression treatment following breast surgery improves blood circulation, minimises swelling, and stabilises implants, ultimately enhancing the results of the procedure and ensuring comfort as you resume your usual daily activities.

Introducing the Macom Signature Compression Bra

We now stock the Macom Signature Bra which we advise all of our customers to wear following any breast surgery with us, including a breast augmentation, breast reduction or a breast lift.

    • No underwiring for superior comfort and healing.
    • Seamless design means no rubbing or snagging

    • Full coverage
    • Seamless surgical bra with adjustable frontal closure, adjustable straps and fully expandable cups.

    • The only measurement required is the high street bra size 28, 30, 32, 34, 36, 38, or 40, due to the expandable cups; the bra moulds to the new cup size. This means that you can try the bra on prior to your surgery and if it fits, it will fit post procedure.
    • The deep back offers superior support and is ideal for use as a post-surgery sports bra.

How can you buy your Macom bra?

Before ideally speak to your Patient Advisor, we recommend that everyone should have at least 2 so they have a spare if ones in the wash!

You will purchase upfront from your Patient Advisor and on the day of your operation give your receipt to the ward nurse and they will give you your bras.

They can also be purchased on the day of your surgery at the Hospital from reception.

How much does a Macom bra cost?

They are £38 each and come in a colour choice of black and clay
