If you want glowing, revived skin, microdermabrasion could be your new go-to facial treatment. Microdermabrasion uses a diamond tip wand and vacuum suction to buff away the top layer of the skin, revealing your fresh layer of healthy skin underneath.
This treatment uses advanced technology to deeply exfoliate the skin and is suitable for treating hyperpigmentation, sun damage, acne, congestion, wrinkles and age spots. It’s non-invasive, pain free and requires zero downtime.
Microdermabrasion gives you fresher, clearer skin by removing dead skin cells and revealing healthy living skin cells. It’s suitable for the face, neck and chest and is perfect for reviving tired and dull skin.
The treatment takes 30 minutes, and you’ll see instant results.
As with all medical aesthetic treatments, it’s important to weigh up the risks involved against the benefits that the treatment can bring. Your medical aesthetic practitioner will talk you through any risks and complications of the treatment.
You may experience slight redness and a warm glow after the treatment, but this should subside within a few hours. We advise that you to keep your skin moisturised afterwards to avoid dryness and flaking, and to use a sunblock for protection from UV rays.
Microdermabrasion is perfect for most skin types and ages. Whether you want to treat dull skin, acne, wrinkles or hyperpigmentation, microdermabrasion will immediately unveil fresh, glowing skin.
Your aesthetic medical practitioner will guide you on whether you need a course of treatment or a single treatment depending on your skin concerns.
As a responsible provider of cosmetic surgery and medical aesthetics, we understand that each patient’s requirements are different, and so treatment will be tailored specifically to you. Because of this, we place a great deal of importance on our free, face-to-face, no-obligation consultations.

Your first appointment
Time to meet your surgeon assistant. You’ll be able to talk to them about why you’re considering microdermabrasion treatment, the likely costs and finance options, and when you’d like to have the treatment. If you feel ready, we’ll then book you in for your free consultation with one of our professional practitioners or nurses.
Now’s the time to talk to your professional practitioner or nurse, with absolutely no obligation to go ahead. You can discuss what you would like to achieve and whether you’re a suitable candidate for the treatment, as well as chatting through benefits and risks.
You can discuss every aspect of your treatment with no obligation to go ahead. Our medical aesthetic practitioners are extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions you have. If you feel ready to proceed, we can book your treatment in for a date and time that suits you.
On the day of your treatment, you’ll have time to ask any last minute questions before the procedure begins. Your medical aesthetic practitioner will start by cleansing your skin, then working the microdermabrasion pen in a sequence across your face and neck to achieve an even exfoliation. The vacuum suction will remove the dead skin cells, then a replenishing moisturiser will be applied.
You’ll be able to leave the clinic as soon as your microdermabrasion has been completed. Your medical aesthetic practitioner will apply a moisturiser after the treatment, as occasionally the skin can feel slightly tight, but this is completely normal. We recommend using sunblock after the treatment to protect your skin from UV rays.
High quality aftercare is at the heart of what we do, so we’re here to support you. If you have any questions or concerns at all, you can contact your medical aesthetician who’ll be happy to assist. During your consultation, our fully qualified practitioners will provide you with aftercare advice and recommendations for ongoing treatments or skincare products to help you maintain lasting results. We recommend keeping your skin hydrated with moisturiser and using sunblock to protect your skin from UV rays for up to 10 days post-treatment.
